Sforzando is not a sampler - it is merely a sample player (ONLY). So you will need a SF2/SFZ editor or an actual sampler that can save in SF2/SFZ formats to create a new instrument or edit existing SF2/SFZ files to your liking.

Remember the standalone free Sforzando player is NOT multi-timbral like the FULL Garritan: ARIA engine/Sforzando player engines are (so no need to try and "load" whole multipart "patch set" or library - one sound at a time)
