I though we could not do cover songs. I though they all had to [be] originals. Yes, this is a cover. It's a creative cover, in 4/4 with a very nice funk feel, but it uses the original chords and melody (except for the last two bars). It is a copyrighted instantly-recognizable song from the best-selling recording in the history of jazz: Miles Davis' Kind of Blue.
