go to file and open, and click on the midi it should load up.
Then go thru it once and set the part markers for the verse and chorus breaks
Next on a empty track right click and have it create a bass track, and then a drum track.
Mute the bass and drums of the midi and give it a listen.
One side thought if the drums and or bass are to come in at any particular place and not just play for the whole song, remember to highlight the area of the track in the tracks view and create from that method.
