Hello all. When I try to open a BIAB file, it doesn't open in v2017. It's wierd, and probably pilot error, but I can't figure it out. Latest build, etc.
Help!

Same this here this morning. Let's reboot everything and see what happens.

OK, rebooted and all looks to be working. When I open BAIB then open a file on my desktop from within the program it plays nicely.
However, when I close BIAB and double click on the file on my desk top, it opens BIAB - immediately throws a series of error messages in sequence of clicking on them, but the error messages do not stop the song from playing. This behavior is what I have seen and reported since first loading 2017.
Is this what you are seeing?

Bob, It sounds like your best plan of attack is to reload the build that worked for you. If you go to the link below and download #456 or #457 (whichever you had immediately before the current build) and simply install it, it should take you back to the working BIAB. http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htmReset to Factory Settings is also something that might be worth trying. 1) Return to Factory settings. 2) You have a corrupted file 3) Turn it off and then on again.

Something weird there for sure. Maybe a bad install?? Just guessing here.
Besides my issues with error messages, we don't see anyone else seeing \ reporting anything like this.
Can you download only the program file and reinstall?

If I open a file from inside 2017 everything is cool.
However, I have folders with the project files in them. I can click on the file directly without BB being open and it will load BB and then open the file.
I did that the other night. Clicked on a file in my 2016 folder. Imagine my surprise when it loaded BB 2015.
