I've made up a song in BIB, and transferred it to real band but real band is saying the drums cannot be found even although I've previewed them in the style select and they play fine. Even when I try to put the drums in as a new track, it still says they can't be found. I have a windows 10 computer and I'm using BIB Everything Pak 2016. I'm using the provided hard drive as the source for everything and loading Bib and real band directly from the BIB hard drive, so it should be looking in the right place, I would think. Any ideas as to what I can do to get the drums I have selected into the track?

In Real Band in Preferences > Song Generation > Paths, what is your path for your RealDrums folder? Is it correct?

Note that if they are on an external drive, then it won't be C:\xxx, it will be the Drive name and path of the external drive.

When you mentioned 'transferred' did you mean you opened the SGU file in RealBand using File>Open, or did you drag the tracks to the Drop section and then from there, drag into a Track in RealBand?

If it's opening an SGU file in RealBand, then this is a problem many users have reported, no word from PGM yet.

The usual cause if this would be the locations of the various folders, which was described above. You need to have the folders set correctly.

Other than that...

We haven't seen an issue like this. Please email a bb song that causes the problem to support@pgmusic.com. Tell them to forward it to development referencing this thread.

Have Fun!

Tried it again just now and it worked just fine...is it possible that when I'm starting BIB Everything Pak 2016 that the Drive name might change depending on what USB connections I may already have. so that when I eventually load BIB by USB, it doesn't have "M" drive but another letter as lets say "M" is already used? Or does BIB change the drive name automatically when it loads if the "M" drive is already another USB device ?

If you have unplugging the the drive then plugged another usb drive or stick in it then plug the BB drive in it will be another letter. If you right click on Computer > Manage > Disk Management > you can change the drive letter of the one using the BB letter then change the BB drive to the correct letter.
