Hello Outwest,

This can be done for MIDI drums by selecting the "Smart lead-in" checkbox in Band-in-a-Box | Preferences. However, it can't currently be done with RealDrums. If you are using RealDrums, here is one work-around, assuming you aren't using your Soloist track.

1. Unselect 'Audible leadin'
2. Set the Soloist track to multichannel (Soloist menu | Track type).
3. Go to Soloist | Edit Soloist Track | Import Soloist from MIDI file. Open the MIDI file "count-in.mid". Make sure that the "# of blank bars..." setting is set to 0.

You can edit the "bar 0" drum notes on the Soloist track, e.g. to delete the last two notes for a pickup.
