Are you running BIAB from an external USB drive? If so, it's possible that your drive has a different letter.
Go to your Preferences, select 'Realtracks' and then navigate to where Realtracks are located (using the folder icon I've labelled #4 on the below image).
As you can see, I have made my USB drive the P: drive (this is permanent) and my Realtracks are in p:\bb\Realtracks (#3).
