Just one drone? If each chord was a 5 (ie C5) and the root drone was repeated as the bass note it might be whatever chord with the slash bass as C5/C.
To be honest if you want a bagpipe type drone go into the soloist and enter the necessary whole notes, change the patch to oboe or bagpipe, and then just copy the notes all the way through the piece.
On the other hand there is a Celtic Fakebook with Irish Scottish and English folksongs kicking around, and they have special styles. I think one of the scottish styles has a drone, but I'm foggy on that...
