Lets say you have 8 tracks of audio going and you want to save a track, quickly.
Thanks to Rharv, who pointed this out;
Go to Track-Save Track to File; it will hi-lite the selected track, then ask if you want to add the silence at the beginning of the file. That is, if the track did not start at 1:1:000. Select YES, otherwise the file will start at the bar where the audio actually starts.
By selecting yes, the next time you have to import the newly saved wave file, it will be in sync by opening it to 1:1:000.
This is a quick method of saving those "adjusted" tracks.
