Neckdiagrams (.com) allows you to create Fretboard diagrams showing <ie> Scales, Modes, create Arpeggios etc.
Once you familiar with the sw, it takes seconds to create whatever you want. There are lots of templates (even create your own).
Plus you can save them to PDF, JPEG. You can add fret locations and or the note names or leave them out altogether.
You can get the Trial version (fully functional) but.. get the Pro version - it has the Scale Generator. You may think the drawback is that you can only go to the 12th fret but .. as seen in image # 2, you can bypass that.
Enclosed are 2 screenshots: (1) showing it at the 12th fret but you are not stuck. (2) shows how you can adjust the frets and position.
