Not at pc now but if you copy a track it will bring up a window of what you want to copy, there should be Nodes if you just check that then paste just the nodes in the other tracks. Or you can duplicate the node track then copy another track events and paste n replace just the events.
EDIT: just tried it, You highlight the whole track Ctrl+A > Ctrl+C Select Nodes only Hit rewind so cursor at very start Ctrl+V check > Merge - Events - Nodes
