I ordered BIAB2017 on January 8 or thereabouts and installed both BIAB and
Realband on my system, but haven't used RealBand yet. However, I did check that it installed properly at the time, but never activated it. Then - frankly - I forgot about it.

Today, I decided to at least update it to the latest patch but I get the prompt to activate RealBand by entering my serial number. Unfortunately, I can't find the S/N for Realband. blush The prompt message says something about a CD sleeve, but all I have is the USB
hard drive that both BIAB and Realband came on. And the only S/N listed
on that drive is for BIAB (which is activated), and that S/N won't work for Realband.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the serial number for my Realband? I've e-mailed PG Music, but haven't received any reply yet, so I thought that I'd ask here.
