There should be a simple EXPORT as a wave function.
I'll admit that I don't often use what BB gives me as a final product BUT.... in the export dialog box, there are several options and exporting the individual tracks, exporting the project as a wave (what you hear), and some other variables are all available IIRC.
On a recent project, to save time, I did use the "export as waves" function. I always work out of a new folder on my desktop on every project once I determine it's a viable song. So I saved the file(s) into that folder. One of those waves was a "what you hear" file.
There's a little WAV icon that gets you there IIRC.
