You say that you've "directed it to E:". I'm not quite sure how to interpret that.
Just to confirm the process...
1. Enter into the Realtracks and Realdrum preferences.
2. Selected "Use a custom folder location..." (#1 on image below).
3. Use the folder icon (#2) to navigate to where the Realtracks are located and select the 'Realtracks' parent folder. (As you can see, mine are in 'P:\bb\Realtracks'.)
4. Click on "Update".
The image shows the Realtracks preferences. There is a similar setting in Realdrums preferences.
