To access this on Windows 7, I do the following... 1. Right-click on the speaker icon on the task bar next to the time) and then select "Playback devices". 2. Right-click on "Speaker" in the resulting window that pops up and then select "Properties". 3. Select the "Levels" tab. Now scroll through the options. Hope this helps, Noel
