Good move. Focusrite is a good interface.

You can add a headphone amp to the focusrite.

My focusrite has a very low audio out for it's headphone jack so a headphone amp might be in order. I used to use an old stereo system amp. I ran the outputs (my Saffire has 8 outputs) into the stereo and used my cans off of that. However, I had a singer come in to do some recording and needed at least 2 headphone outputs with independent volume controls. The Behringer headphone amp gave me 4 outputs and the ability to crank the levels as needed.
