Peter, you might want to start looking here. Acronis Universal RestoreBefore I did anything, however, I would take an image of the target machine first so you can always get back to where you started. I'm sure there are other solutions, but I have used Acronis products for many years and have been happy with the results. I've not used Acronis backup (I do use Acronis True Image Home), but from what I see on their web site, it appears that it would work relatively easily.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
