Hi Bill,
Pleased to hear that you had a successful first use of Maximiser and were able to experience how easy it is to adjust to a different situation.
I find that once you have a sound you like around the setting 5 then you will only need to adjust either of them by a small amount between 5-4 and 5-6.
The guys in the band have a good description for the result "it is like having a pair of binoculars and bringing them into focus"
The VST version on a computer also makes any recording you make sound far better
