I think the thing that gets me with the Windows 7 upgrade is that it's rush to release was because of the debacle that was and still is (to some extent) Windows Vista; yet people like me, who purchased (although I admit I got a deal through HP) Vista Ultimate pay the exact same upgrade price for Ultimate as someone that is upgrading from Vista Home to Vista Ultimate. Or, looking at it another way, value-wise, why does the Ultimate upgrade (especially if I'm going from Vista Ultimate to 7 Ultimate) cost more than any of the other upgrades?

I like PGMusic's grid for upgrades much better. I think it's a better, customer-oriented model.
