I want to thank Lloyd for getting me to look at this icon and menu. It's been awhile.

Note: If you're looking for this icon in the Normal screen mode, it's green/blue letters as Lloyd says, but in the Minimal screen mode, in Views of the new toolbar, it's all grey.

Lloyd, I'm not finding any missing parenthesis. Where is it, again?

About transposition, as we all know, BIAB has several methods of transposing, with different effects, accessed in several different places. I have noticed that this results in more than its fair share of questions in the forum whenever new users who play sax or other transposing instruments start to enter fakebook charts into BIAB. I don't have an answer; I'm just suggesting we tread lightly here and think it through completely.

I agree with Lloyd's suggestion that the status of transposition should be saved on a song-by-song basis.
+1

When we last discussed this topic, maybe six years ago?, PG Music agreed with my observation that a transposition in effect could really get confusing. Peter Gannon himself said it had caught him, too. He quickly added a green or yellow "warning" box on the lower right when starting the program, that a "transposition was in effect" or words to that effect.
