I would think you should get the whole thing. I wonder if you have "fakesheet" mode (which tries to compress the notation through repeats) turned on and that is interfering with the export (but I'm just thinking out loud).

Since it doesn't work for you, there are a few of other options:

1) Export it as MIDI and let Musescore read the MIDI data.

2) If you have the song set to repeat the chorus X number of times, try: "Choose Edit | Song Form | Unfold (convert to one BIG chorus)", make sure the solo plays where you want it, then try to create your XML file from BIAB. If you save before you unfold, you can easily get back to the "folded" version.

3) Save the file and open it in RealBand. Try to create the XML file by "saving as XML" in RealBand and selecting the soloist track you are interested in. Make sure that RealBand read the entire solo as well.
