Fixed - and this was not a bug. I'm pretty sure I caused the problem, so I thought I'd post about it and it's solution so others might benefit.

I'm running BIAB 2017 on a W10 laptop, with all updates, but I believe this could happen on any version.

Yesterday morning I went to a rehearsal and we used my BIAB (I also use it for live gigs). I was in a bit of a rush when I shut everything down (clue here). When I got home and restarted BIAB it would not load. Got to the splash screen, then nothing. Restarting, rebooting, nothing worked.

I called the PG support line and Joe (extremely nice and competently) walked me through deleting the Mysetup.dk and intrface.bbw files, then clicking on the Run as Admin box for BIAB in Windows. Problem solved. My guess is those files got corrupted when I tried to shut down too quickly. Maybe I closed the lid on the laptop too soon? At any rate it seems likely that I accidentally corrupted one or both of those files.

I've kept up with this forum for years (with occasional posts) and am sure I've seen previous posts recommending that each of us save a renamed copy of those files to use when things like this happen. So, I hope this post is a reminder of this as a possible user "best-practice".

And thanks again Joe ....
