Nice to see you on board, though I have to advise that the old adage of "be careful of what you wish for" may apply at times. Is it true that as part of the training you are given my username, phone number and photograph to tape to your monitor with the warning "Do EVERYTHING you can to avoid talking to THIS arrogant know-it-all SOB. Feel free to use the old 'sorry the call must have dropped' excuse as much as you like."? I have been told I can be a little "intense"....  Nice to have more hands on deck!
