Ray, I often have trouble finding this also. You can do it in fakesheet mode only (I think)
There is a bars/line setting that allows you to control how many bars are printed for each line. If you enter 4,6,4 it will print 4 bars on the first line, 4 bars on the second line, and 4 bars on the third line, like this:
