It depends on what you're using for a midi file player. That could be anything from an iPod to a laptop with different software. Give us the details.

If you're talking about Biab or RB you can convert an .ini file to a .pat file. .ini is a Cakewalk file that someone created that lists all the patches on that card then Biab/RB can convert it to a .pat file. This is strictly some user somewhere being good enough to create it and post it. If you can't find an .ini file anywhere on the internet for that card you'll have to create it yourself.
