Pat, have you tried to open the library directly from within the Kontakt stand-alone to make sure it knows where the audio content is to be found.

Also, I presume you ran the Native Instruments Service Center to make sure everything is properly authorized and to see if there are any updates to either the library or Kontakt. Also, I suspect that you may need to run Service Center as an administrator, since it will write information to the registry.

I would definitely try loading it standalone first, before accessing it via the VSTi DLL. You could also try to load the Kontakt DLL from RealBand (since it doesn't scan all the files, but requires you to explicitly select it) and see what kind of error you get there.

Don't know if you've already tried those things or not.
