Hi Cheese,
I had some weird issues when first using BIAB with Win 7. Matt Finley helped me out alot by giving me this advice>
Uninstall BIAB.
Before reinstalling>Right click on the installer and go to the "Compatability" tab.
Make sure "Windows XP" and Run as Administrator" are checked.
Then install. In most cases this should do it.
