No, unfortunately, not in BIAB. You are trying to edit the representative notation that was created after the audio RealTrack performance, or at the same time by a separate process. Not all RealTracks have this notation. The tracks that do have it provide the notation more for educational purposes.

Technically it has been possible to do this on an audio file for a few years now by using a different program called Melodyne Editor. This is an expensive program that requires some operator skill. You can, for example, shift a major third note a half-step flat to make a minor chord. If you shift anything in audio too far, you will hear artifacts (noise in the sound).
