Sforzando is NOT a multi-timbral instrument; it can only play one part (sound/channel) at a time.

You could load up individual instance's (one per part/instrument/channel) of Sforzando but...

FOR actual GM/GM2 compatibility you want a multi-timbral sfz/sf2 player like

VSTSynthFont (1.095 / 2.095) - VST instrument

http://www.synthfont.com/Downloads.html

or Coolsoft's virtualmidisynth

http://coolsoft.altervista.org/en/virtualmidisynth

or if you can find it rgc:audio's Sfz (later it grew into Cakewalk's now discontinued Sfz+)

And I think there are one or two others out there

EDIT (added)

VSTSynthFont - will work like Sforzando in BIAB (it's just another VSTi plugin) at least with respect to GM SFZ's or SF2's

Coolsoft's VirtualmidiSynth has to be assigned to the MIDI OUTPUT, like an external HW device - it is NOT a VSTi plugin (but same results)
