That was like stepping back into 1974! A classic Country sound that captures that era perfectly. Has an "early Kristofferson sound/feel" (Ray Price, too).

I agree with Floyd about the Ray Price thing on this. It does remind me of early to mid 70's country. There are some beautiful chord/melody changes in this one. Sounds great! Thanks, Torrey

A beautiful song which, like Floyd says, is classic country.
A super choice of RTs all mixed to perfection, but for me the best thing is the vocal delivery. So very intimate and full of expression - very, very, professional.
You're producing some great stuff at the moment - looking forward to your next one!

And I hadn't thought about it but you're right - with a little adjustment, this would have a hint of those KK songs that Ray Price took to the top of the charts back in the early and mid 70s. This is smooth and elegant, fine vocals, especially the harmonies
