Leo,

As you indicated Midi Super Tracks are midi recordings of musicians playing instruments. While PG Music has bound them to the Plogue Sforzando VST (sound module) and patches (instruments)you can edit the midi and select different instruments.

Even though Midi Super Tracks are midi, they are not standard midi files and nobody (outside of PG Music) knows the file extension or where they are located.

The reason PG Music calls them Midi Super Tracks is because they are not based on computer generated patterns like Band-in-a-Box midi based tracks typically are. They are generated by humans instead of a computer.

Yes you should be able to use them to create UserTracks but, why would you want to? Only People with newer (2014 +) versions of Band-in-a-Box can use Midi Super Tracks or UserTracks and they already have both.
