Yes. The only difference between the cheapest BIAB offering and the most expensive are the additional styles and instruments that are included with the package. The core program is exactly the same. In addition, sets of additional styles can be purchased separately.

There is also a difference between the Audiophile version and all other versions by having higher quality uncompressed instrument files.

The cheapest BIAB package seems to be intended as an introductory package and provides a limited number of styles but the included styles cover many different genres. I'm unsure of the total number of styles in the introductory packages but there will be instruments and styles that cover the traditional era of country you will be creating backing tracks for. With the cheapest package, you will use the same styles on most of your songs.
