Double-clicking the slider to set it back to the default is a great feature! And it's another example of PG Music implementing a user Wishlist suggestion.
If you need to set all tracks back to the default, a quick way is to left-click on the Master radio button, and select Set Mix to Flat, Dry and Center. This is especially useful if you want to export tracks to a DAW where you will make adjustments later.
