Janice and I have over the years talked about how irrespective of genre we are drawn toward husky vocal timbres. Perhaps we like Americana so much as it tends to showcase such vocals. And now we have continuing great examples of it right here on the forum  So obviously we loved the vocal. And, man, the write is stellar. As janice said "beautiful and soulful." And an uplifting positive lyric (the kind I wish I could write). The piano and cello tracks were made for the song and are perfectly mixed for the vocal. A fine addition to a fine catalog.
