It could be a wrongly mapped chord. This occasionally happens.

When I come across something like this, I freeze all the tracks of my song and send the MGU/SGU to support@pgmusic.com as an email attachment. In my email, I tell Support what the problem is and what bar of the attachment the problem is found in. I also pass on which Realtrack is causing the problem. Because the file is frozen, when PG Music regenerate it, the problem is present for them in exactly the same spot that it occurred.

For me, wrongly mapped chords have always been fixed in a future update. In the meantime, it may be necessary to try a simpler chord like C6 or Cadd2 (which is Cadd9). Alternatively a work-around chord that could do the job would be A7sus/C (this has all the same notes as C69 with C in the bass and may or may not work... it would be worth a try, though).
