Also, as a double-check, right-click on BIAB startup shortcut, choose "Properties" and check that the 'Target' path for BBW.EXE is correct. Regards, Noel MY SONGS... Noel, thanks for your reply, I always run it as administrator, and i double checked the target path. There are a couple of things on the norton support page I am going to try tomorrow. I may not have the norton files in the proper folder order. How have you guys that have norton and pg extra and bonus files working have your folder hierarchy set? Thanks!

Should the path be c\bb>styles in question, or C\bb>Data>styles in question, or, C\bb>Data>StylePicker>styles in question, or, C\bb>Data>StylePicker>User Categories>styles in question? I've never had this mucch trouble with anything like this before. Thanks again!
