Perhaps, until a cumulative F5 exists, you could do the change by in the previous bar. At least when you unmute, thr volume will be correct. Dave, Did you check your suggestion before posting ? because here, it don't work : I set the desired volume change at bar - 1, but it don't work if the bar is already muted.

These RealTracks includes “Soul Jazz” with Neil Swainson (bass), Mike Clark (drums), Charles Treadway (organ), Miles Black (piano), and Brent Mason (guitar).
