Hi Alyssa,

I have the same problem with my iMac and Sierra.

I've had my Mac checked out, I've done all the reinstall stuff.
The Mac performs well with no problems and no programs not native to the Sierra OS loaded.

As soon as I start loading BIAB the finder starts acting up and the beach ball swirls and swirls away unpredictably and the finder crashes.

I bought 2016 Audiophile and updated to 2017 recently.

When I am in the actual program (BIAB) it works well.
When I come out of it, the same problems with finder and drag drop functions etc occur.

I've done all the updates, latest OS etc but the problem remains.

I wonder, when you mention not enough memory?
I have BIAB running with the DD external configuration, so it's only got a couple of Gig on the Mac hard drive used by the actual BIAB program on the Mac hard drive.

The Mac has (as I mentioned) no other programs not native to it.
There's 4 gig of RAM so is that enough or not?

I have contacted technical support with the Mac specs and received one reply two days later which I replied to. I haven't received another reply after a couple of days so I'm still baffled with this stuff as I am a Newby to BIAB.

Having had my bigtime Mac specialist buddy assure me it's not the Mac, I am wondering whether it has something to do with the order I installed it.
Anyway, tonight I am going to thoroughly read through the manual and try and install it again.

It's about the tenth time lol

Please let me know if you or anybody else has any suggestions to resolve the issue.
I am convinced after only a short time using BIAB that it has to be the number one resource for a songwriter to use in recording their Pro sounding demos and indeed Pro songs.

It also seems that it won't export separate tracks to Logic Pro X but that's a different subject. I can (or could) export them one at a time successfully a while ago before these issues started.

Many thanks, Jules
