Are you running from the delivered WD drive? I prefer copying all the Realtracks and Drums folder to a SEPARATE partition or better dedicated internal drive if you don't have a laptop. PS you'll have to readdress the folders' location within BIAB. The original one is my backup.

For starters: a) Run BIAB and Realband as administrator in properties of the corresponding .exe files.. b) run the installers again to begin with. c)dump or better rename the extension of 2 files in the bb folder, interface.bbw, and mysetup.DK. Start BIAB again, but all your settings will be gone.

You could check if your windows is up to date, experienced that to be important these days. Could be a virus killer and firewall are hampering, especially USB externals are seen as potential malware; i had serious problems regarding USB and an audio interface, especially with 2017 Bitdefenders' firewall.
