I'm not sure what you're asking...
Do you want the music notation AND the chord symbols to be transposed? If so, then Martin's response will help. You could also look at the "Transpose for non-Concert" part of the practice window (the big "P" button on the toolbar).
However, if you only want the chord symbols to change while the music notation remains at concert or vice versa, then I don't think BIAB will do this.
