Yeah, poem about a swaggy (waltzing Matilda was walking country roads with a swag - basically a bedroll) who stole a sheep (jumbuck) and then suicided to avoid facing his responsibilities... Great story to uplift our kids with isn't it. Good melody though.
You might notice I have a love/hate relationship with that song.
