OK, so here's the update. I finally tracked down the exact chord sheet I was after. I believe it was from one of Mario's links (thank you sir!).

It's from a site called TrueFire.com "... to access the world's most comprehensive library of video guitar lessons".

The chart I wanted is one version of their "The Ultimate Guitar Chord Chart", that shows 11 chords in each of the 12 keys, all on one page.

The file is called "guitar-chord-chart.png". Unfortunately, they don't have a PDF version, but having this "original" .png file produces an acceptable hardcopy.

If you're not already signed up for their free account, it may be worth while, as they also have these beginner charts in PDF form:

- 10BeginnerChords
- 10BluesChords
- 10JazzChords
- 10RockChords
- 15CountryChords
- 15SingerSongwriterChords

as well as one called "guitar-chord-chart-print.pdf" which is similar to the one I wanted, but contains more chords and is spread over 2 pages.
