Some of us can.
You need an mp3 codec in stalled on the system that Windows recognizes.
Some have said k-lite codec solved it.
I paid for a fraunhaufer license years ago so have always had it. I can also use the LAME codec but that was much more complicated to get installed.

If you google k-lite you can find it.
Download/scan at own risk; I've never tried it myself but others said it was easy and worked.
