Hello, Scott
Very pretty waltz! Your guitar tone is very sweet as usual. I also like a little heavier delay on it. Very enjoyable listen.
New music room! Splendid! I also want a wider music room than now.
Best regards.

"Scott C"...
"Good Nite" is simply stunning, as serene and shimmering in its sound, and as timeless in feeling as a waking dream. It conjured-up images of pastel flower petals falling in an autumn breeze, swirling waters, quiet forests and mist, everything that speaks of the eternal peacefulness of nature. It also had a divinely calming effect on my mind and spirit.
The delayed guitar notes were a perfect effect for your song. The whole thing has classical ambience to it, with the warm cellos courting the speech of your guitar, the slow waltz time...
This is sheer, unadulterated beauty of mood and sound, "Scott C". I could listen to it "looped" forever.

This one was a bit out of my comfort zone. Had Over the years I have made a bunch of backtracks with different styles. If I can't connect with the backtrack I randomly go back and check them out. I struggled a bit with this time signature. No pain no gain right :-).

Robert Thanks Robert Was very please with the sound on this one. The acoustics in my new music room have turned out pretty good. Spent some money on insulating the roof. Also as I moved into a condo complex did not want my next door neighbor complaining.. I did this song in one take. I played some of the melody with double stops one octave above to get the two guitar sound. Glad you liked it..

Great production to break in the new room.
We both love the melody and your playing/effects. Back in our bluegrass days we used to play a lot of waltzes. Done right like this one they make for very special music. It sounds sublime on our monitors.
Enjoyed it!

Peter Yes I used my Gibson 339 on this song. I have been trading guitars quite a bit over the last year and this one has been on the trading block a couple of times but I am growing quite fond of it as it is very nice to play. Easy on the hands. Thanks for checking out the song I appreciate your comments
