The Walker Of The Wind This folk song is dedicated to my good friend. The music itself has got inspiration from celtic artists, especially from a scottish band called Runrig. Once again thanks to RnAM who created beautiful vocal track that fits nicely with the mood of the song. Everything else (except the wind sample) was created by another friend of mine, Band-in-a-box  RealDrums: Bodhran Trad Reel, Pop Modern Groove Sync, Shaker Folk RealTracks: Electric bass #683 Acoustic guitar #1608, #1814, #1902, #2548 Electric guitar #1524, #1607 Acoustic piano #1164 Accordion #1175 Fiddle #1604 Vocals: RnAM Music mixed in Adobe Audition, final mix with vocals by RnAM Lyrics: I was born to be afraid of tiny breeze but you will breathe the nature when you see the swaying trees. I wish to follow in your tracks wherever you may go to join your spirit's flight to where the strongest flurries blow. Dangers lie ahead for the walker of the wind brittle life hangs by a thread when the gust begins. Hold on to the brimstone stand the pain in your knee in the storm alone fight your way back to me. I haven't felt the need to be bold and proud but you have seen volcanoes burning climbed above the clouds. I wish that there will come a time with challenges to share but I guess my part always will be to tell you to beware. [Chorus] I have fought my own tornado when I fell for you I had to leave my haven once that startling wind blew. When you face your fears you find the urge to survive you can't calm the turmoil but you sparkle alive. [Chorus] ------- Janne

Nice inventive track - reminded me a bit of something Yes might have done once.
Excellent vocals and a different and engaging backing - with an interesting melody.

Lovely opening on a song that has an uplifting, folky feel.
RNAM have done your lyrics proud here and the production is very well done.
Simpler than many of your songs and no less enjoyable!
btw Runrig are one of my favourite scottish bands.

Janne, this is fabulous. VERY like the style of Runrig as you say. These guys are masters at ballads and you've certainly done well with this song

Wow - I really enjoyed this! The tune is wonderfully catchy, and to I thought the lyrics on this were very thoughtful and really drew me in to listen harder Great job on this! Thanks so much for sharing

Hi Janne,
Very nice music background. Good selection for the backing tracks. The piano is particularly catchy. And you can't go wrong with Rob and Anne-Marie. This is a really nice collaboration. Modern celtic with a dash of the old. Nice song and the finished product is terrific!

Robert Thanks Robert for your very positive words I'm glad you enjoyed also my simpler song, although I think the melody was rhythmically bit challenging. Nice to hear there are others who like music of Runrig, I found the band at early 90's and I felt a deep connection with them immediately. Janne

This song starts off with a capital 'Q' for Quality.
And the quality follows the song throughout.
This is exceptional material, amazing instrumentation, stunning vocals, and superb vocal backings.
This is absolutely a real winner. Maybe some of the best material ever presented on this forum.
