So from what I understand you want to move Bar 29 to Bar 5 and remove everything between bar 5 and bar 29 (24 bars)
Click on bar 5, Edit > Delete Bars, enter a value of 24 bars, press OK.
Edit: Noel responded while I was typing, and we both had different views on what you wanted to achieve. Actually, I think Noel understood your requirement better that I. I thought you wanted to remove the long intro.
