He was a very rich man, multi millionaire real estate investor. He had the money to buy exotic weapons that require all kinds of background checks and special permissions. Only the very rich have those guns LEGALLY. Kids in the hood have them too but they are stolen guns that they buy in dark alleys with the money they make selling drugs. There is no limit to the amount of firearms you can buy in many of our states, Nevada being one of them. Once again, back to the original post, he did everything legally. There is NO WAY TO KNOW who is going to use those guns for mass mayhem. There is now mounting evidence that he sold his services to a terrorist group and that this was a contrived, organized shooting funded by a group who is bent on causing mayhem in an effort to overthrow our sitting government. They call themselves Antifa, named for the 1933 German group Antifaschistische Aktion who were out to take Hitler down. Here they want to take Trump down. Many of these news breaking events here are staged in an effort to gather the sympathy of the people. That part I won't get into, but there is overwhelming evidence that some of the highly publicized shootings and such were staged events, often shot several times so the news would present the best looking take. Things like "mass shootings" but nobody has any blood on them. Video evidence cannot lie, and it is everywhere.
