Right, a new features manual is released with the new version, and then after a month or so, the full huge manual in PDF follows.
But I think perhaps this request is referring mostly to the new GUI introduced last December with version 2017?
Don't know. That's why I hope the requester will clarify. Clarification is much better than guessing.
