I don't know... I thought 2010 didn't get here until January 1, about a week after Christmas.

I often wondered if a version comes in July is it really 2009.7. Then again my mind works in mysterious ways, or was that nefarious, usually not hilarious, only to me. That's cause I know a lot of bank jokes, the type only the teller understands. The wife told me to try and strike a happy medium. I complained I'd get charged with assault. She looks at me funny and I say, "when I hit the smiling fortune teller". I roll on the floor and she says "Not even funny".

Its always been the policy to "grab" the season of good cheer for a release in my experience. But my feeling is they all have there
butts up and heads down trying to complete things in time. Quite frankly I haven't really completely explored all that was available
in 2009.5 yet. So if it comes after Xmas that's OK.

It's Ok to wait a cycle, usually the upgrade price is the same it you are a year or so late. Problem is the 'experts' and me, we usually are all working on the latest release and it gets so you have to say, what version? Then you scratch your head until someone says, that got fixed or there's a better way, in the new version. For the small amount of scratch it costs to upgrade I usually think it's worth it in the long run, but I know people who's fortunes ebb and flow like the tides, and the economy has been tough.
