Listening to it, it sounds like the F is on the first beat of the bar, the C is on the "and" of beat two, and the G is just a little ahead of the fourth beat.

Using pushes, as Matt indicated, try this (the "|" lines represent a half of a bar (two cells make up one full bar).

|F     |^C,^^G |

This will play the F on the downbeat of the bar, the C an 8th note early on the "and" of beat 2, and the G a 16th note before beat 4.

If you want to relax the G and come in on the "and" of beat 3, you can also try:

|F     |^C, ^G |
